The office manager scheduled me for a 7:00 AM appointment, upon arrival I was told I didn’t have an appointment but they would work me in. ( They didn’t have my appointment scheduled. I then showed “ Zee”, my printed schedule from the email I was sent about my appointment. She said , “ I see you DO have an appointment! After another 20 minutes, I was told due to “ equipment problems “ they could not see me. This mistake is 100% on the office staff. ( They never owned up to the mistake or apologized.) My visit at Dr Rodriguez's office today was superb. In my opinion, he is a polymath to the dental profession. He provides excellent communication, compassion, and trustworthiness. Dr Rodriguez is proficient with enacting the treatment plan for his patient's best interest. His willingness to excel in his profession extends to his office staff as well. Gabby and Z went above and beyond to ensure my visit today was memorable. Thank you again for providing top notch service.
I was referred to Dr. Rodriguez, at Jacksonville Center for Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry by the VA outreach program in late 2024. I had 4 "'Mini implants", which were placed in 2000 and were deteriorating. In conjunction with the failed implants I had some failing veneers and other dental issues. Dr Rodriguez and his staff are the most thorough dental office I've ever been too. He is so meticulous for the perfect fit of my dentures. The was several times I said I want to go home and he said just a minute more. The mold needs a slight adjustment. I am so glad he did. They feel like my real teeth. I've had them 6 weeks and haven't used denture adhesive yet. I was replacing 6 year old dentures. I had to get those after having 3 bridges. I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Dr. Rodriguez and his entire team. I needed some pretty extensive work done in a very visible area of my mouth, so naturally, I was nervous.
