This little hidden gem in Jacksonville is amazing!! From the moment I stepped through the door I was treated like a person and not a number. Fransica was so kind and helpful. The provider, Tajan was amazing, she actually listened to me and didn’t cut me off or make me feel like I was bothersome. Alisha and Veronica were by far some of the more caring nurse I’ve ever met!! If I could give a 0 star I would. Receptionist is rude!! Never saw a doctor after an hour of waiting. The receptionist kept my elderly mother’s paperwork and wouldn’t give them back!! Never ever ever will we return to this place!!!
