Fabulous teacher. Great experience. A true professionally trained chef who also knows how to teach. I’ve been to other cake decorating classes locally (Jacksonville, Orange Park) but Chef Evette shows step by step instructions with hand placement, position of the piping bag, angle of the tip and many more…… not just “put your tip here and squeeze”.
