Used the clinic for over 20 years and have liked it in the past, but today was absolutely horrible. They have a wait outside system that delays everything and doesn't allow you to interact with the Vet. Took 50 minutes just to have them come outside to take one of my dogs inside. Granted I am a little annoyed with the wait, but I did remain clam and did not try to be a jerk. I asked why the long wait, the lady states they are very busy.
