in my opinion this dr is all about money. i was told i needed surgery on my neck [ ft and back ] or i possibly could be paralyzed in a whiplash scenario which scared me . in 2015 i had rods and a plate put in neck. i was a good tennis player , now my legs are numb and have no balance and have trouble walking . after the surgery waking up in recovery the good doc said when he went " in "it was not as bad as he thought ! While Dr Petr was very detailed and helpful prior to the surgery know that after the surgery is completed you will not see him again. His staff is nice and the PA is great but my surgery definitely wasn’t worth it. Almost immediately after surgery I had numbness and loss of feeling in areas and I was told to wait due to the healing process.I am now losing mobility in both arms and my last calls haven’t been returned. My pain center sent a referral to this office 5 months ago. I could not get scheduled until 2 months ago because whoever monitored the voicemail box would never give me a call back. Finally, my pain center had to reach out to the office three times to get someone to call me. This caused me frustration and distress as I needed a surgical consultation and this office didn’t care at all. They lied and told my pain center they had called me 3 times — not true. Update: I was scheduled for a phone appointment today, August 14th at 1:45 PM. I waited almost 2 hours before calling the office at 3:32 PM. At which time I was told that 1:45 PM really doesn’t mean anything and I would have to wait until the doctor is available. Please beware of this office and this (Don’t care about his patients so-called doctor) Why and how can they expect someone just to sit around all day and when the doctor is ready, he’ll call.
