overpriced crap service is terrible!
great selection on beer wine and spirits and fair prices UNLESS you're looking for something special. then expect to pay heavily gouged prices, up to triple retail. I feel like they arent actually interested in selling their harder to find bourbons and whiskeys, which is fine if that's the case because they'll collect dust at those prices. $600 for a $200 bottle, $300 for a $160 bottle. I can expect some mark up on the heavily allocated stuff but really.

Excellent selection of reasonable priced to premium (i.e., expensive) wines. Fun Sat tasting (10-15 wines for $20) from 1-4pm. And, monthly single varietal blind wine tasting on Thursday evening. Good beer and spirits selection, but my primary interest is wine. They have small but well chosen selection of French, Italian, and Spanish wines along with a larger selection of value and premium Calif, Oregon, and Washington wines. Very knowledgeable staff who can help you select a quality wine that meets your desires and cost.
Received a gift shipment from Jackson's... and due to Fedex, it had been left on the truck over the weekend here in record low temperatures in Colorado and all bottles were frozen solid, with corks pushed out with the capsules. Jacksons, when I called, disclaimed any responsibility and told me to contact their corporate giant. The unfriendly guy on the phone gave ZERO F***S about MY problem, and would exert ZERO effort to see if anyone could help me.
Thanks for quickly, easily and painlessly getting me a keg of Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin - much appreciated. It was easier to get a keg from the Ballast Point Brewery in San Diego through you than directly from Drakes in San Leandro. Thanks for everything and as a side note, love your beer selection........
