I contacted Jackson’s Music on Facebook earlier this week to inquire if the business accepted trades. I was informed “Yes, we do!” I left the Douglasville, GA location about thirty minutes ago. I brought four of my guitars to trade and traveled forty five minutes to do business. There were two men working behind the counter. I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and never experienced what I did on my last visit I was making a purchase as usual and was given the item for purchase I was not finished with my shopping I started to the drum section and unnecessary the employee jumped very quickly in my direction and said woe you can’t take that back there you have to leave it at the front desk ok maybe a new process but the way the employee acted like I was going to steal it I am African and this an employee that I haven’t seen before... read more
The manager wouldn’t sell me anything after I asked him to wear a mask. He wouldn’t give me his name or the owners name. Sorry way to do business.
