All ways good service it even makes it easier if you have the model numbers for the engine if it is engine parts that you are after. I get on well with all the staff and mechanics.

We cannot thank Jacksons Mower Centre enough for their support and help with a warranty problem that we had where the shop we bought our item from" Mackay outdoor Power Centre" would not service their warranty. It was a pleasure to deal with the friendly helpful staff at Jacksons. Thanking You.

Please provide pricing information for your products to optimize our time efficiency. The lack of readily available pricing resulted in the loss of my business. The delayed and informal quoting process was unsatisfactory.

I have never delt with such a rude unfriendly and unprofessional run down business as Jackson mowers mackay, My wife and I walked out vowing to never return, funny I brought my mower from them years ago, We then went to the Mower men in Mackay were advised 7 days for repair not a month, courtious and great service, Jackson mowers you just lost a customer, Your a cut below the rest! Doubt you will stay in the game much longer,
