The team that moved us was fantastic. They were cheeerful, professional, and efficient! They handled my belongings with care. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is they had a truck break down and they called me on the morning of our move to alert me. They could not give me a definitive time of arrival as they were waiting for the crew to finish a different move before sending them to ours. Terrible experience all the way around . They could care less about your belongings they just throw it around . Look at how they stacked it. Crushed totes and boxes. Both TV packed in TV boxes with corners and bubble wrap and both were destroyed. I would not recommend them at all .
This is the second time we used Jackson’s moving company. The 2 guys who were assigned to us hustled and did a great job. Nothing was damaged and they did a great attitude.
Incredible moving crew! We've used Jackson's 3 times now and wouldn't use anyone else. They're professional, polite, and efficient. They've never damaged a single item. Honestly, just go with them - they're expectional and trustworthy.
Great experience!! They were fast, careful, professional and so friendly. Brian and Gio loaded 2 pods for travel out of state. Everything was well secured and properly packed yhey made a daunting experience easy. Thank you Jackson's. This was our 2nd time using them and if we were staying in Austin would not be our last.
