As a first-time customer, I trusted them based on the reviews—but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The work was not done properly. The front yard was incomplete, and nothing was done on the back or sides of the house. They also handled the cleanup very roughly, blowing grass around so poorly that I had to go back and sweep and re-blow everything myself. They removed existing shrubbery in the front of my home and put in all new shrubs. The grass they put in did not look healthy at the time of planting and one of the plants died. I contacted the owner who was very polite and said he would replace it. He did not come so I recontacted him and he came but brought the wrong plant. He has never returned to replace the plant. Jackson Lawn Care and Design is the best landscaping service I have ever used, and the value was unmatched. They designed and installed a complete renovation of my yard that even had the HOA praise the design and finished product. They took my yard from one of the worst in the neighborhood to one that has people stopping and admire. They use plants of different colors and texture that I would never had thought about using and mix in yard art that is awe inspiring.
