Jackson’s Kitchen did an amazing job catering my wedding and the wedding of my sister. A wide menu where all the food is delicious. They did an especially good job handling dietary restrictions for individuals without singling them out.
Jackson Kitchen catered my sister’s wedding this past weekend. They did a fantastic job. The food was amazing, and they did a great job serving and cleaning up. One of the guests had a severe food allergy which hadn’t been communicated ahead of time. When the catering staff heard about it during the cocktail hour, one of them went out to the store, purchased a salmon fillet, and cooked it to order for her. We highly recommend Jackson’s Kitchen!
Great service, Ok food. We used Jacksons for our wedding catering & overall, had a great "service" experience, but there were aspects to the actual food which we received negative feedback on from our guests. The Good: 1) Mike was easy to work with & made us feel comfortable & didn't need anything from us on the wedding day as he was familiar with the venue. 2) Mike himself brought out apps to us while we were taking photos in the rain. Jacksons Kitchen catered our wedding and we had our guest raving about how much they liked the food all night! Several family members attempted to take over the DJ's microphone to shout out the catering team!
I worked with Jackson's Kitchen for a wedding over the weekend and I can not express how wonderful they were! Not only was the food delicious and the presentation impressive, but the staff was professional and prompt. Mike is passionate about what he does and it shows. We had such a great experience and can't wait to work with Jackson's again!
