It's not a large venue, but it is very nice. Ideal for not too large of an event.

I attended the Salt Fork Pachyderm Club (Republican Club) of Saline County Missouri's special event at Jackson's Event Center & Catering, joining an audience of roughly 600 attendees from across Missouri and the Midwest.
