Impossible to get a hold of their corporate team to rectify errors! Recently discovered I have been being charged twice a month for my membership. Spoke to someone in accounting who told me one of the accounts had been erroneously set up and would be turned off. Several months later they are still charging me for the erroneous account and now no one at their corporate location ever answers the phone. No one answers the phone when called 16 times
I went through the wash on 3/5/25 and the washed damaged my truck. The manager that day and the manager the next day said there is nothing they can do for me. The area manager called me and said there was debris found in the bed of my truck that caused the damage. The debris was not on my truck before the wash. My paint and windshield are now chipped and they won't give any info for corporate office to contact. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I found a number to corporate online but nobody answers any option. These guys did an excellent job at the north site location. A guy named Christian rubbed out the scuff on the back right corner of my car, where somebody swiped me and left bumper marks. I wasn’t able to get it off myself but he got it all off for me. I really do appreciate him going out of his way for me. Great job to all of you, thank you.!!!
