I went through the wash on 3/5/25 and the washed damaged my truck. The manager that day and the manager the next day said there is nothing they can do for me. The area manager called me and said there was debris found in the bed of my truck that caused the damage. The debris was not on my truck before the wash. My paint and windshield are now chipped and they won't give any info for corporate office to contact. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I found a number to corporate online but nobody answers any option. These guys did an excellent job at the north site location. A guy named Christian rubbed out the scuff on the back right corner of my car, where somebody swiped me and left bumper marks. I wasn’t able to get it off myself but he got it all off for me. I really do appreciate him going out of his way for me. Great job to all of you, thank you.!!!
Bought a detail service, was told to "call" and schedule the appointment- 30 days later, 4 phone calls to the car wash NO response back to confirm the appointment. Reporting to better business bureau and AZ Attorney general. Do better!
I just spent $200 on a promo detail cleaning on my truck… inside and out. I waited 2.5 hours and when they tell me it’s done, I look in the bed of the truck and it has sand/dirt/mud in it. They hadn’t even touched it. There was one manager there who really didn’t seem to care. All he said was, I’m sorry about the footprints in the bed of the truck and I told him that these are not footprints. This is still the same dirt, mud and sand that I came in with. On November 10th, at approximately 3:30, my wife visited Jackson Carwash to get her car washed. After the wash, she came out to her car tire, losing air. The attendant tried to cover the damage by placing a valve cover on the stem, which was obviously broken, and claimed it was like that prior to showing up. There is absolutely no way that would be possible due to the stem being broken and the wheel not even holding air for longer than 30 seconds.
