Impossible to get a hold of their corporate team to rectify errors! Recently discovered I have been being charged twice a month for my membership. Spoke to someone in accounting who told me one of the accounts had been erroneously set up and would be turned off. Several months later they are still charging me for the erroneous account and now no one at their corporate location ever answers the phone.
