Do not do not use these people!! I hired them to help me pass a closing inspection. He told me the water heater needed to be replaced because it wasn’t on a pan and one of the heating elements was out. In my opinion why not put a pan under it and change the heating element out?? Also said I needed two lbs of Freon. Said he had an electrician in his company that could do it. BEFORE he would replace the heater I was required to pay $550 upfront to purchase the w/h.
