Called around for pricing and most places were ridiculous for hand wash. Spoke to Patrick at Jacksons Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace yesterday and he encouraged me to give them a try for at least one wash. Pulled in today and could tell it was him walking towards me with a smile and a welcoming, “Hello Karen” before I even said anything. Truly a 5 star Carwash location. Zach acknowledged a concern that I brought to their attention on a previous visit. He went the extra mile to fix it by adding a 5 month wax on my vehicle, and applied lotion on my leather seats. The car looks showroom ready!! Thanks Zach and team for you top Tier service
