Didn't even touch wheels. But the nice young man that handed over my truck was very conscientious of the windows and such so I do appreciate that. The wheels were so bad, I would've had to run my truck through the wash again and start all over. When I checked in, I told the man NO ARMOUR ALL ON TIRES. Guess what, the rims were absolutely disgusting, not even touched but the tires themselves were all shiny and greasy. Something our dusty dirty roads love to cling to! I give up on this place.
Just wanted to say I had a quick drive through car wash at the Jackson’s in desert ridge. It was the small 1 at the shell gas station. Well the attendant, Johnny was so helpful and efficient I felt I was at the full service car wash !! Thank you again Johnny !!
Guy that works there is super friendly and helpful, will be returning.
The staff were really nice and I appreciated their help. I asked which wash would be best and went with the upgraded one they recommended. But my car looked the same after—it wasn’t clean at all. I came back, and they said I’d need a service they don’t offer here. They gave me another wash, but it didn’t help. I felt misled and won’t be coming back. Two stars only because the staff were friendly
