Michael who works at the car wash at the Desert Ridge location is an outstanding person. He’s always friendly not pushy and makes you want to come back.
I was a loyal customer for over a year+. My window broke during the car wash. Cost me 650$ to replace. I was told that it was because my car was old and nothing they can do. They wouldn’t even refund me the price of the car wash
Didn't even touch wheels. But the nice young man that handed over my truck was very conscientious of the windows and such so I do appreciate that. The wheels were so bad, I would've had to run my truck through the wash again and start all over. When I checked in, I told the man NO ARMOUR ALL ON TIRES. Guess what, the rims were absolutely disgusting, not even touched but the tires themselves were all shiny and greasy. Something our dusty dirty roads love to cling to! I give up on this place.
Just wanted to say I had a quick drive through car wash at the Jackson’s in desert ridge. It was the small 1 at the shell gas station. Well the attendant, Johnny was so helpful and efficient I felt I was at the full service car wash !! Thank you again Johnny !!
