I would agree with makeulaff, please do not use this mechanic. He seems like a nice guy but his work isn't. I had a routine oil change about 6 weeks ago, and 2 weeks ago, the oil filter came off, thus, flooding the engine, and turning the car into dead, happened on 4/24/14. I called him the following Monday to tell him what happen and to ask for his general insurance liability - he said, "why didnt you call me? WELL i did not have a good experience here. i think he ripped me off and sabatoged my vehicle causing it to break down,. he and his son gave me a totally differant opinion and diagonoses than my dealer. run and run,,,,,,dont leave your vehicle here. if you think this is a good mechanic,,,,then you havent met a real mechanic

Yes, Richard Jackson's Auto Service. Well, I've known Richard for about 30 yrs. He has worked on all of the vehicles that we had in our fleet, which traveled from one end of the country to other. I would have a vehicle brought to his garage and Richard would say, "when do you need it?" I would say, "is it fixed yet?" We never missed an event because of a mechanical problem. I have had vehicles repaired by this company for many years. I own 2 cars and I won't let anyone else touch them. I wrecked my brand new Toyota Solara and it was not driveable. Richard Jackson stayed open late until the tow truck driver arrived with my damaged car. He worked fast and got the car done in a week's time and it looks and drives as if it was never wrecked. When my car was damaged in an auto accident, I received a quick estimate on the damage done,and after the go ahead from my insurance company,my car was in the shop and fixed within a weeks time. All the replacement parts fit and the paint job done to my car matched perfectly. No one will ever know by looking at my car that it had ever had any damage done. The owner and employees were very professional and made sure I was satisfied with all the work.
