I came here based on a recommendation, and that recommendation was not 100% true! It was much better than the recommendation made this place to be! Got great service! I fully recommend! Helped fix my tire issue!
This shop was the better/best experience. It gets 5 stars across the board for customer service, speedy repair, communication, pricing, honesty and simple kindness. I dropped my vehicle off with a slight idea of what was wrong. Without any promises made they still had it repaired the same day with suspension problems. I showed up in the am before they opened, a gentleman who opened up drove me to work, and had it ready for me before the end of my shift for a price I never expected. My car was stolen and taken for a short joy ride this summer. Minimal damage which made me happy that it could be fixed. As soon as I got my car back from Jackson's for mechanical repairs, after unauthorized work was performed without my authorization, my car now is basically toast. Im a single mom with a special needs boy. 4 times now we have attempted to drive the car and it fails on us mid-drive.
