Mr. Jackson is the man! They were very friendly and prompt when we called, he came out and diagnosed our freezer issue in about 2 minutes. He had all the tools and parts he needed to get the job done right, I highly recommend.
The staff was very friendly. No pressure while making a selection. Very knowledgeable regarding brands and merchandise. Offered to fix my old machine in lei of me buying one of theirs, which was very impressive, because he would have lost money. Set up and delivery on schedule and professional. Merchandise works wonderfully. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.
customer service would rather over talk you than listen to what you're trying to tell them and she very rude. I could have taken my business elsewhere but chose to and always will support Black business owners. let the customer EXPLAIN the situation first then she can respond.
