I definitely would not recommend Jackson Appliance Service and Repair to anyone. I have never had a bad experience with a repairman until Mr. Jackson. On Friday, May 2, Mr. Jackson made a service call to my house for my LG refrigerator, I was told the svc fee would be $100; after diagnosing the problem as the compressor, he asked for $150 svc fee. I told him the amount I was quoted and he honored it. During his visit he mentioned having a compressor on hand he could place in my refrigerator for minimum downtime and he wou... read more
