Booked an appointment and they never showed. I called back and no response. Finally called and said forgot. I asked for a specific time they would come since they failed to show and refused to give a specific time just a time range. I am a repeat customer and did not expect to be treated this way. Was told to call someone else. Guess they have all the business they want.

I put in a call about my dryer and John came out to look at it. He ordered the necessary parts and the following week he came out to fix the dryer. Now it runs better than ever!!
