I’m in the middle of trying to close on a home as the seller. I did not choose this firm, and never will. This is the worst closing experience I’ve had by far with delays and poor communication. We were supposed to close on 3/22, but as of 4/5 they still haven’t given us a new date. Caveat emptor. Will update based on closing experience whenever that happens. Known them for 25 years. Bought my house with them. Sought council with them over the years. Always free to give you time. Always explain things and even willing to refer you to more specialized council if needed. Trust is very important and we feel it with them.
