From the initial phone call, all the way through to picking up the vehicle after its service, I could see that JMC really prides itself on excellent customer service. All the staff I dealt with (Ed, Teena + more) were lovely & took the time to answer all my questions, showing they value their customers. JMC also supply a block of local chocolate (I was pleasantly surprised the dark chocolate was vegan) when collecting your vehicle from the service department, which is wonderful. I needed some paint to touch up a few spots on my 1997 T4 Transporter, but couldn't find the color code anywhere on the vehicle. I wasn't sure if a dealership would even be able to help with such an old model, as I always assumed they only dealt with newer cars.
