Derek DeJong is a pleasure to deal with. Jackson Volkswagen wouldn't be the same without him. I have dealt with him alot over the years getting parts for my VW vehicles and he is just amazing. I have gotten parts through other parts employees there but Derek is just so much better to deal with.
Went in for a check-up because there was a noise coming from the rear of the car. I was advised that I would receive a call once the car was ready for pickup, however I didn’t get any call until 5:20pm. When I spoke to one of the workers, I was asked why I hadn’t come to pick up the car yet. I explained that I never received a call and was then told to hurry up and collect it. I was trying to find out the paint code for the rear bumper on my Passat and even though I wasn’t a regular customer (as I don’t live in the area) Ed the Service Manager couldn’t have been more helpful and provided all the information I required. Excellent knowledge & customer service.
Did not service car adequately and failed to identify a severely clogged DPF filter and easily identifiable cracks in the pressure sensor line whilst the car was still under warranty. Cost us nearly $4k to fix their mistake which, according to our new mechanic, should have been easily identified.
