Did not service car adequately and failed to identify a severely clogged DPF filter and easily identifiable cracks in the pressure sensor line whilst the car was still under warranty. Cost us nearly $4k to fix their mistake which, according to our new mechanic, should have been easily identified.
I just wanted to put it out there that vw launceston got my amarok in to replace all t glow plugs under warranty recall. no fuss they were fast efficient and friendly. thanks to the fella who put the link up last week to check if your amarok was one of the recalled vehicles.we couldn't get ute into Melbourne or Geelong so we tried launceston .no worries as we were going over with our caravan. thanks vw launceston and especially the service provided by Abby
