The service in which was to be provided for our family fur babies never happened! The employees are very unprofessional, no experience, and inattentive; this is to include the office manager. I previously had a really bad experience with the front desk staff and this go around they are all new people it looks like and they were wonderful !
I had a recent visit and overall the staff was friendly and caring. My feedback is more about the process. I was paying for an exam fee, so I expected the vet to fully examine my pet first before suggesting doing any treatments by the tech. When I mentioned scooting, the immediate suggestion was to express the anal glands, but no exam was done first to confirm that was really the cause. I use to really like this place but the communication seems to be lacking now. I get made appointments for testing and then day of i call and find out the testing needed to be within so many hours of medication although I wasn't told that. Why would they made a 1pm appt because the medicine is taken morning and night? No biggie, reschedule for the following week.
