I use to really like this place but the communication seems to be lacking now. I get made appointments for testing and then day of i call and find out the testing needed to be within so many hours of medication although I wasn't told that. Why would they made a 1pm appt because the medicine is taken morning and night? No biggie, reschedule for the following week. Refused emergency care and sent us to Idaho Falls. Since so many people travel with their pets pray you don’t need a vet while in Jackson Wy.
This is a nightmare veterinary office. The actual licensed veterinarians working there are great, but all of their work is destroyed on a daily basis by their wildly unorganized front desk team of assistants who do not communicate properly with the vets. When you express this issue to them, as we have throughout the multiple headaches we have had with them, nobody apologizes or offers solutions to resolve your problem.
