Hi, I'm Mark. I lost my Mojo. He was 17 years old. I want to thank Jackson Vet. Service. Through out the years they have treated me and my 2 beloved dogs Charlie and Mojo so well. Mojo passed peacefully with the help of Rebecca, Maryann, and Dr. Huff. My Charlie passed last year with the help of Dr. Watts.. I thank you very much for your kindness. My Vet. Knows his stuff , price is fair and all the girls up front are very nice too. 5 stars. Update. Dr. Jackson is retiring end of the year 2025. Business has been sold to some corporate guy , everyone I knew there quit , the new help is good tho. Prices all went up 25% or more.
Im a certified Bengal breeder and every 6 months i have kittens that need procedures. Ive brought over 10 cats or kittens here, They are more affordable, but can't seem to get paperwork correct at all or when you ask for prices over the phone, it's different when you show up in person! I asked if paperwork will be corrected and was lied to with a smile. Unfortunately I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
Dr. Jackson was a very nice guy and tried to keep his prices down for us on a fixed income. *Update.. since Dr. Jackson has retired the place had gone downhill. I'll make an appointment and show up on time , and I'll still have to wait over 30 minutes or more to be seen. It's very disorganized and I'm looking for a new vet. There is no communication and no sense of urgency. Plus they really need to clean the waiting area.
