The previous review was posted out of grief and anger. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me when I was lost until I arrived at the clinic. I took two dogs in that day, both really sick. Nugget also spent the night and is doing very well. Dr. Bock was the only vet willing to hold checks for the amount I was not able to pay, even the vet I had used for 4 years would not hold a check. I believe he should be rated for Nugget as well as Ashley. I will not go back but at least I am telling the good as well as the bad.

I took 2 dogs in with different illnesses. He kept them overnight, gave antibiotics and wormed them. After 1 night he sent both dogs home, neither had improved. He told me he could tell the sheltie had liver problems, he did not know how severe and he refused to run tests. He said if I could not get her to eat she will die but she is too sick to eat. I asked if we need to euthanize her and he told me if I cannot get her to eat and named a vet to take her to and said have them euthanize her. I asked him to keep her one more n... read more
