My Dr. set up my appointment weeks in advance. I recieved the packet to fill out 3 weeks prior to my appointment. I drove about 35 minutes to get to my appointment, sat in waiting area another 10 minutes, before being told they don't accept my insurance. They told me my Dr. had been informed twice! My appointment had been canceled. My Dr's office electronic call records all oncoming calls. They never notified my Dr, or me. I am reporting them.
