I’m so thankful for Dr. Terry Jackson and his team. He was able to work me in quickly and helped resolve an ongoing dental issue related to previous dental work with another provider. He is very responsive and attentive, and I always feel taken care of. From the moment I walked in, I felt respected and comfortable. Dr. Jackson is not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind. I left feeling relieved and very appreciative. Highly recommend his office if you want someone who truly cares about their patients.
I saw him a couple times and referred my mom to him. He was fine until he banned both me and my mom because HE got the color of her tooth crown wrong twice. She politely requested he have the color corrected and instead of at least politely declining, he simply walked out of the room and never even adjusted the crown. Which if you know anything about crowns, that is extremely painful if it is not adjusted. I want to start off by saying I do think Dr. Jackson does a great job and is extremely skilled. He placed a crown on a back tooth that I needed when it broke after a botched filling change with another dentists office. I think he is very realistic and practical when it comes to dental health and what patients need. However, I will just provide the facts for my reasoning of changing dentists recently. I would highly recommend Dr Jackson. He is very caring and has a great personality! He makes sure you feel at ease through out the procedure. For me, this makes going to the dentist so much more comfortable. His staff is also very nice! They deserve ten stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟
