We have had nothing but excellent service from Chris and the other employees here. All of are questions and concerns were always addressed immediately and with our best interest in mind. I trust them with all of our insurance needs.
I can't believe I actually trusted them to do the right thing, usually when you call your homeowners insurance it's because something terrible has happened, then to have them cancel your policy and blame it on the mail service... Blaming it on moving an office, blaming it on being busy... Not having it... don't believe you... You just don't treat people like this in a small town.
If I had the option of putting a less than 1 rating, I would! The best thing I can say is they are less than honest, borderline shady, and they will find a way to cancel your policy in any way they can! I'll leave it at that!
Do yourself a favor, save the aggravation, and find another carrier! Given the opportunity they will provide you with the equal service they provided me! In a small town you don't treat people like that!
