Dr. Farooq performed 2 outpatient surgical procedures on me today. He was patient & informative about my questions. The staff that helped was just wonderful from beginning to end. Catherine was wonderfully caring & focused. John was warm, thoughtful & caring. Travis kept putting warm blankets on me when he didn't have to which.I appreciated. The check in personnel were not helpful or welcoming. The medical assistant had her AirPods in the whole time and forgot all the answers that I gave to her questions. The NP saw me for about 3 minutes and interrupted me when I was trying to tell her my symptoms. I felt very disrespected and uncared for.
