I came in for a consult to do my taxes here. I have one w2 and one dependent. I was told this complicates things and it would be upwards of $700+. Scammers. I have never paid more than $200 in the last 7 years of filing with a dependent. He made me feel like a liability because I have a dependent. He also told me there’s no way I paid $200. So I left. Unless you like throwing your money away, don’t go here. They will rip you off.

EXPENSIVE!!! This is the most we have ever paid for our relatively uncomplicated tax return. More than double the cost of anyone else. They also don't tell you the cost until they are done.

Never ever do your taxes with them!!! I started using their services in 2023, first year price was more than fair for my simple tax return, but the second year the price went up considerably and mistakenly forgetting about that, I used them again for the third year in a row, and prices went up yet again. But this time the prices were much higher than what their website states, and charges were added that had not been on previous returns, and never a phone call to go over the increases in the prices.
