I saw Jennifer Putnam-Scott NP regarding some treatment/preventative options in regards to a condition I am high risk for.She was incredibly thorough—taking time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Her compassion and professionalism were evident from the moment we met. I left feeling empowered and cared for. Truly an amazing provider!
The staff is so professional and friendly. Everyone was so eager to help, even asking if we'd like some water. Ashley was so nice and answered all my questions. And Dr. Smith was so wonderful and caring took his time with me and wasn't rushing. I love Dr. Smith and all his staff.
Don't even waste your time. Drove an hr here because I had a referral had to wait two months to be seen. I drove to the location their system sent me and it was their old address. They called to let them know I was on my way and the doctor left. He had only schedule 10 min for my appt. My appt was at 320 and he had a meeting off location at 330. RIDICULOUS!
