Been a GOODMAN/AMANA for 18-Years, NOW they don't want to stand behind their Parts Warranty. Says you must be the LAND OWNER, even though you registered it at the same address, still same LAND owner 6-years later THEY REJECTED PARTS WARRANTY! This customer has a LIFETIME Compressor, they will get if ANYthing happens to their Compressor or Parts (within 4 years left) I did go get copy of LAND DEED that is in customers name,(has been that way since before unit purchased) JOSE would not speak to me. 09/03/2024 NOW They trying t... read more
Lady in the office was amazing. I had an unpleasant experience with someone in the warehouse..if it were up to him I'd give zero stars. The lady neutralized the experience.
