Love my new family doctor here. He actually listens to your concerns. The one downside is even if you make an appointment the wait is sometimes still really long, but that's the price you pay for a doctor that sits and listens to your concerns rather then just rushing as many people through as possible.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jackson Square Medical Center. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM for a TB test, but despite arriving on time, I waited for a full hour until 4:30 PM and still had not been seen by the doctor. With no updates or clear communication from the staff, I eventually had to leave without receiving the service I came for. Very bad reception...I was there for blood work when the lab was open but was told to come another time...The male reception told the female reception in their own language which i understood as i speak the same to tell me go to the lab. Both of them had a really bad attitude.

I visited this clinic seeking medical help but left feeling unheard and disrespected. I had genuine questions about a prescribed medication something any patient should feel comfortable asking. Instead of providing clarity, the doctor labeled my questions as “rude” and abruptly ended my call. This kind of dismissiveness and lack of professionalism is deeply concerning, especially in a healthcare setting where trust and communication are essential.
