If an option to give zero stars existed, I would give it. Rude and unprofessional staff. The doctor does weird things and never tells you if a medicine is over the counter. Some days ago, they did a blood test on me and it was done so unprofessionally that I was bruised and swollen. More than that, they sent my blood sample to another laboratory without telling me that I had to pay for the test or that someone would contact me from that clinic. Just wondering why booking an appointment if they will make you wait for 1 to 3 hours
Just left this place only to have had one of the most unprofessional medical experiences of my life! Came here because the tip of a q-tip was lodged in my ear drum. I could tell when I walked in this place had no professionalism, but my options were limited. The two people at front reception were yelling to each other when they were right beside each other. The drs assistant came out talking to the receptionist in a very unprofessional manner talking about someone being a “servant”. Finally went in to see the dr and my ear w... read more
