Just left this place only to have had one of the most unprofessional medical experiences of my life! Came here because the tip of a q-tip was lodged in my ear drum. I could tell when I walked in this place had no professionalism, but my options were limited. The two people at front reception were yelling to each other when they were right beside each other. Staff and Doctors are amazing plus on site pharmacy and blood work
Just wondering why booking an appointment if the will make you wait for 1 to 3 hours
My client I help needed to go to the walk-in clinic, but the client was not pleased with the clinic. 1. Wait time was an hour, 2. Made me pay $100 for a doctor's note with out be told till after they finished looking after me, and 3. Service of care was very poor. I highly don't recommend this place my client said . Client also said there was posting anywhere explaining that you had to pay and they only take cash.
