My experience with the front desk and pharmacy staff has been disappointing. The service and communication are poor, and the staff are not very helpful. The doctors are very respectful, but the staff need to improve their attitude and customer service
Extremely disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment today and waited for 2 hours, only to leave the clinic without ever being seen by the doctor. No proper explanation, no meaningful communication, and no consideration for the fact that patients have their own time and responsibilities. The staff were also rude and unhelpful. Don't really want to have to say this out loud I didn't speaking out on here on this foreign but at the end of the day I tried to call this number and it says that it's not in service anymore or basically not connected and I don't have a medical emergency but it's severe and it's important and I'm able to get in contact with this doctor because things are getting changed on me which I don't know if that's interesting coincidence or failure and someone's Parts not to make this information more correct and up to date also I'd ... read more
