My experience with the doctors at this clinic has been fine, but unfortunately, the administration and front-desk service has been extremely frustrating. The phones are rarely answered, and when they are, I’ve been placed on hold without even being asked if I’m able to wait. I’ve also had appointments booked incorrectly and have had to call repeatedly just to get through to someone. I've been coming here for a couple of years now, but every single time I come in for a scheduled appointment, it's an hour or more later than the scheduled time, and despite showing up on time and often even early with all the necessary documentation ready to go, many people get seen before I do. It's incredibly frustrating, and disrespectful towards people's time. The doctor himself is great, but I'm not sure if the waiting is worth it.

Just left this place only to have had one of the most unprofessional medical experiences of my life! Came here because the tip of a q-tip was lodged in my ear drum. I could tell when I walked in this place had no professionalism, but my options were limited. The two people at front reception were yelling to each other when they were right beside each other.
