Just left this place only to have had one of the most unprofessional medical experiences of my life! Came here because the tip of a q-tip was lodged in my ear drum. I could tell when I walked in this place had no professionalism, but my options were limited. The two people at front reception were yelling to each other when they were right beside each other. I've been coming here for a couple of years now, but every single time I come in for a scheduled appointment, it's an hour or more later than the scheduled time. It's incredibly frustrating, and disrespectful towards people's time. The doctor himself is great, but I'm not sure if the waiting is worth it.
Dr Olatunji is useless. Don’t see him if you value your health. He has failed his oath and failed the good doctors in this practice. I went there for an infection and he told me to go home and wait it out. When I went to another clinic I was given medication and told it was an emergency.
The doctors here are great however as many of the other reviewers have mentioned the administration of the practice is severely lacking. I have been unable to obtain life insurance due to the failure of the practice to provide or transfer my records despite countless requests.
