I reached out to them multiple times through email and phone, but I didn't hear back. I left voice msg as well, but no response. I moved into a home where this plumber replaced the water heater. The new one is not installed properly. Not recommending this plumber.
They were great! They solved the problem in no time and were just nice people all around. That helps when you feel tragedy is about to strike.
