I reside in a historic area of east Dundee and our furnace is more than 60 years old. During the most freezing nights of winter, our furnace stopped working. A particular heating and cooling company accepted the challenge to not only diagnose the issue but also locate a 'universal kit' to get our system up and running again. From the get-go, Nolan was friendly, considerate and quick to respond. He thoroughly evaluated the hvac job and gave an estimate that was beyond fair. He was always on hand for any queries I had. They stuck to the timetable and every member of the team was pleasant, approachable and clearly skilled in hvac systems. They also had plenty of experience under their belts. We experienced furnace problems today. When i rang Jackson & Sons A/C Professionals early in the day, they responded on the same day. Geoffrey, our technician, was very skilled and accommodating. He took his time to walk me through the process and fixed the furnace swiftly. A few years back, they put in an air conditioning unit for me and that was also a top-notch experience.
