I recently had some trouble with my central air conditioning, so I called for an AC repair service. From the moment I called, the person on the phone was really helpful, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable as they set up my appointment. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am extremely happy with the heater repair service we received. Geoffrey was quick to respond and you could really tell he cares about his customers. Our old heating system was on its last legs, but Geoffrey managed to keep it running much longer than we expected, always explaining our options without any pressure to upgrade. Jackson & Sons A/C Professionals sent out a technician to my home in East Dundee to look at my old furnace. Braden arrived right on time and made sure to check every part of the furnace carefully. He quickly found out that the ignition control was not working right, which was stopping the heat from coming through. Braden also showed me the resistance heating element, which looked like a light bulb filament, and explained it was the reason for the problem.
