Jackson & Sons A/C Professionals sent out a technician to my home in East Dundee to look at my old furnace. Braden arrived right on time and made sure to check every part of the furnace carefully. He quickly found out that the ignition control was not working right, which was stopping the heat from coming through. Braden also showed me the resistance heating element, which looked like a light bulb filament, and explained it was the reason for the problem. We received several quotes to replace our furnace and install a new AC, but 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔/𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 were the only company who noticed our ductwork issues and made sure to fix them.
