Of course my furnace decided to stop working on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. i called first thing Monday, and they were able to come out and fix the furnace Tuesday morning. They checked for a possible gas leak and looked over the pilot light. Matthew was very friendly and showed real care for my pets, which means a lot to me since I have two dogs and a cat. He and his helper were always careful when coming in and out of my house to get HVAC equipment from the truck. Nolan came out to check some problems we were having with our heater and ductwork. He suggested a great fix, including making a custom filter track for our furnace, and gave us a fair price right away. The repair was done quickly after that.
