I had 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔/𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 come out a few times to figure out what was wrong with my AC unit. After they carefully checked everything, they found the issue and recommended that a new system would be the best fix. My air conditioner started leaking and stopped blowing cold air, so I called for help and was able to set up a same-day appointment. The office staff kept me updated, which I really appreciated. The technician, Geoffrey, arrived in less than two hours and quickly found the issue. He was very professional, friendly, and explained what was wrong with my AC. We recently had both our AC system and split ductwork replaced, along with the installation of a whole-home water filtration system. i called for heater repair in east dundee and matthew showed up right when he said he would. he was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions about my heating system. i almost bought a new thermostat before the visit, thinking that was the problem, but after matthew checked both the furnace and the thermostat, he let me know i didn’t need to replace it. that saved me money and i really appreciate how honest they are. this is the only heater repair company i would recommend to my family and friends.... read more
