I want to thank Jake and Dylan who fixed my solar panels today, they were very professional and VERY considerate. They were able to fix a problem that was left by a company that left me with nothing but problems. I really appreciated their consideration and flexibility to work with me despite communication gaps that weren’t theirs. They have me back at 100% and improved our system in a very timely manner. After having had issues with our solar system for years and not seeing any profit from it with the dealers Generac sent out, I was a bit skeptical about hiring one for myself because, as far as I knew, there were no local dealers, and my previous experiences left a bad taste in my mouth.
