I want to thank Jake and Dylan who fixed my solar panels today, they were very professional and VERY considerate. They were able to fix a problem that was left by a company that left me with nothing but problems. I really appreciated their consideration and flexibility to work with me despite communication gaps that weren’t theirs. They have me back at 100% and improved our system in a very timely manner. Would recommend their service to anyone. Very happy consumer.
After having had issues with our solar system for years and not seeing any profit from it with the dealers Generac sent out, I was a bit skeptical about hiring one for myself because, as far as I knew, there were no local dealers, and my previous experiences left a bad taste in my mouth.
