Nick is awesome! super friendly and honest about what's going on with your car. he walked me though all the steps he had to take as well as let me know the major problems and the minor problems we could wait on.
Waited patiently for the customer in front of me to pay. When he finished I asked about the cost and timing of a repair. Response I received was that I was rude for asking while earlier customers’ cars needed repairing. Life’s too short. I’ll take my business and referrals elsewhere.
Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change with no appointment, Nick communicated clearly from the start that he was going to honor his appointments but if he could squeeze me in to his busy schedule he would. He was able to squeeze my oil change in which i greatly appreciated as I could see he was very busy. My ride to pick up my car missed a turn and we got there a little after close, I thought my car would have to stay the night but he saw me on his way out and quickly and efficiently got me checked out. Installed brakes incorrectly. Missing parts, rear brake pads in the front and front pads in the back. Real shotty unsafe installation. A real accident could have happened.
