Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change with no appointment, Nick communicated clearly from the start that he was going to honor his appointments but if he could squeeze me in to his busy schedule he would. He was able to squeeze my oil change in which i greatly appreciated as I could see he was very busy. My ride to pick up my car missed a turn and we got there a little after close, I thought my car would have to stay the night but he saw me on his way out and quickly and efficiently got me checked out. Installed brakes incorrectly. Missing parts, rear brake pads in the front and front pads in the back. Real shotty unsafe installation. A real accident could have happened.
Never go to this place!! I came here to Make a oil change, the Guy came out and started to shout and yell on me why I entered the other side of the parking lot, he was very rude, never go to a place which they treat the customers in such a manner. And instead for taking responsibility and apologizing you've just come up with a whole bunch of lies, I have got it all on my dashcam, I'll post it for everyone to see, "It’s truly disappointing that you’ve put out so many lies about your customers" Shame on you!!
