My Mom has a '97 Chevy Malibu. I only went with her to drop the car off, not to pick it up. My Mom is a senior citizen and went back into the shop alone, to pick the car up, she had a friend of ours take her over there. We had to have this place install a new power steering pump, and a new belt. The cost was $463. (it says it on the receipt) Heres the thing thats very strange: my Mom left with $900. Never go to this place!! I came here to Make a oil change, the Guy came out and started to shout and yell on me why I entered the other side of the parking lot, he was very rude, never go to a place which they treat the customers in such a manner.
This place is not good anymore. I used it a lot in the past, but things went downhill. The parking lot is full of bits of metal and I got a flat tire once leaving this place. Each time I went in there the owner never seemed to remember me or my 2012 Honda Pilot - i know its old - but I love it still - shame they don't. They have done a bunch if work on it over the years - the last fix was the door mechanism but it broke a week later - I went back and they claimed they didn't do it - until I showed them the receipt - then the... read more
