Total nightmare. Doug Dysert runs the place like a cash-grab dump. I stored my stuff there for a few years, but when I came back, I found it infested with spiders, covered in rat poop, and everything smelled of neglect. No one’s ever at the office, just some dumb sign saying they’ll “be back” (they never are). Calling? Good luck getting any help; all they do is dodge responsibility. I cleaned my stuff, left, and will never return. This place is a joke. Avoid it.

Everything my friend owns got stolen from there (there was some childhood stuff as well) and the units owners won’t answer.

Terrible. Doug Dysert is your typical scumbag slum lord who only cares about collecting his monthly rental fee and doesn’t care at all about keeping his property well maintained. I had some stuff stored there for three years; over that time spiders got in there, hatched a bunch of their eggs and all my stuff was covered in baby spiders. Rat feces were a problem too.
