Had an $1800 camera security system installed in 2016. No problems until there was one. I need service for the outside camera globes. The system is a Hikvision made in China with no stores in America that I know of. Repeated phone calls have gone unanswered. No customer service!

We paid $400 to have a stereo receiver installed. First, the receiver he instructed us to order did not have enough channels to accommodate our in home speaker set up. Second, instead of alerting us to this fact and asking us to return it and order one with more channels he proceeded to install it. After 2 days of installing it, he said it was complete.
