I called to request a tow and within 5 minutes someone was on the way. The driver showed up in a timely manner and had all the equipment necessary to tow my car.
Fast and efficient, after another service had us waiting two hours and stopped answering the phone
Watched this tow truck hop a curb at a red light to get in front of a car and almost ran into that car and another car as it was running a red light to be the first on scene to get the business. This light was on katy gaston road, for no reason this guy ran the light only to be there a minute before the rest of us driving did. Terrible driver.
