If you are seeking help as a women, I would not recommend Rosecrance in Sioux City. The staff will degrade you and talk to you like you are a child. They have rules that I don’t agree with, which is fine. But the way they talk down to you and belittle you is just completely inexcusable. Most people that go there are there because they want and need help. We are going through incredibly high highs and low lows. The staff is supposed to meet us where we are. If I could I would not give any stars now the health center was great and the staff was nice polite. But as soon as I moved to the women's all new rules. The staff let others bully me many times in one day and refused to move me units when they wouldn't stop. They took my phone call messages and even talked about my children behind my back. There are women there who said I was being targeted... So for my well-being I left. I will be contacting corporate about this issue.... We had great appreciation for being treated with compassion and respect.
They do not give enough medication for detox. They don't help with psychosis during detox as well. Good salad bar but world not recommend.
