Reception was quick to help me bring in my loved ones bags and totes full of his belongings. She was so kind and thanked me for bringing in his things! She was on a phone call and double tasked helping me and continuing the call on her headset. I was impressed, felt that warm welcome to a place that I’m not even staying in. I would not recommend this treatment center based on my experience. There was a consistent lack of clear communication—staff often gave conflicting answers to the same question, which created confusion and made it difficult to follow expectations or feel supported. I also had serious concerns about patient safety and accountability. Personal belongings were not properly protected, and there was an incident where a staff member gave one patient multiple phones that belonged to someone else.
