Do not get their service. They compared my property with foreclosure sold price. Second comparison with so lower living area. Third comparable value is average value of the property as per MLS sold price.However, they given lowest value than smaller property.They should compare with similar property and take average price. They are working for lenders. Do not waste money. Do not go with them.
These guys are clueless and owned/affiliated by/with HarrisonBowker. All of the mortgage brokers I know refuse to use them as they give completely misleading appraisals at times. We're not taking about several thousands off, but rather, hundreds of thousands, at times. Should be sued except that they hide between loopholes that regard appraisals belong to the brokers' and not the home owners, even though the homeowners have to pay for them.
