Everyone was top notch! My mother was given excellent care!
I had a thyroid biopsy exactly 2 weeks ago. I was sore maybe two days only. I couldn’t even tell anything had been done after that except for some small bruising. In the past two days I have developed a lump and have pressure against my throat right where the biopsy was done. I called and they told me t come in that day. I did. I walked in, the receptionist was very polite and asked me for a $50 copay, which I paid. That is my “specialist “ copay. I can't find anything bad to say about the Excellent care I received as a patient of Jackson Radiology Associates (JRA). I would like to recognize DR Hamrick for her skill in performing my procedures. I want to recognize those who assisted and did all of the grunt work in getting me preped and comfortable for my treatments. Addison, Andrea and Brittany . Nurses: Brittany, Josh, Caleb, and Rita all worked together well. I believe that they are more than just Nurses; that provides care and professionalism. To me they are a team with excellent healthcare knowledge and practices. In addition to my personal care, I must give a shout out to my procedure technicians: Addison, for talking to me during my procedure and Rita for holding my hand for support and reassurance during painful or difficult moments of the procedure.
