Dr. Jackson is an excellent surgeon but he doesn't listen to patients needs or believes their pain. Even when surgery is found to be needed, he also is very narcissistic.
I had surgery 2 weeks ago, EXCELLENT care from Dr. Jackson and his nurse Debbie. I was extremely distressed getting all the info from the PA then Dr. Jackson came in and we talked about my issues, I Immediately felt CALM in his presence. Every time I have seen him since I have felt very calm and confident I was in the best hands! I saw him each day in the hospital and he was very caring and did not ever seem in a hurry. Excellent!!
My l5 s1 fusion was a godsend!
They ask you to be here 30 minutes early and we did that. That ask that you fill out all the paperwork prior to your appointment and I did that. My appointment was at 2:30 and I've been in the exam room since just after 3 and over an hour later the Dr still hasn't shown up...her ended up being 3-1/2 hrs late for my appointment which unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Well let me say that Dr. Jackson is a very professional doctor & excellent surgeon. I can walk today because of him. He is a top notch surgeon & one of the best. He was really nice & patient with me, very thorough, & gladly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend & have the utmost respect & confidence in him. Also, his nurses & staff are super kind, compassionate, & very understanding.
