I’ve been going here since 2014. Amazing place with good people.
Very very rude receptionist. I accidentally called them instead of Mercy Clinic and they were quite rude. And I was on hold for a good 5 minutes before that.
I was starting to think this receptionist had a problem with me personally but I guess she’s just like that. Be careful with the no shows. We all forget but they WILL charge you. Learned the hard way. New NP got my son’s name wrong during the appointment. We’re finding a new primary.
