DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! On August 23, 2013 I called Jackson Pools & Spas in DuQuoin, Illinois (where we purchased our hot tub) and talked to Hailey (sp). I explained to her that the hot tub that we bought from their store in December, 2012, that the cover has a hole/rip in it. She told me that I needed to talk to Karen, she wasn’t there, but she would have her call me. She took my name and phone number. No return call from anyone.
