No showed multiple times to check out our pool when they finally did on a weekend they were incredibly rude & stole our hose connection they used.. 🥴 wouldn’t recommend if you like reliable service Edit to reply this is not a fake review - service wasn’t booked under my name & was from the spring.
We contacted Jackson Pool in April to have a pool heater installed but experienced ongoing delays and incomplete quotes, with little progress despite follow-ups. While the delays may not be entirely their fault, the experience was disappointing, and we chose another company to complete the work now in August. This feedback is specific to the pool heater installation, as Jackson Pool may be excellent for other pool services.
Always ready to help and customer service is amazing.
