We contacted Jackson Pool in April to have a pool heater installed but experienced ongoing delays and incomplete quotes, with little progress despite follow-ups. While the delays may not be entirely their fault, the experience was disappointing, and we chose another company to complete the work now in August. This feedback is specific to the pool heater installation, as Jackson Pool may be excellent for other pool services.
Always ready to help and customer service is amazing.
I had them come in to open my pool as im a first year pool owner. They came in very unprofessionally. They took the trap off very slow they ended up stipping three of the screws and left them sticking up for 12 days while I have 3 dogs that use the back yard told me to put duck tape over them. That's not a solution. I was told someone else would be back in a couple days i had to call them 12 days later requiring about if someone is coming back or not when they came they took the screws out but didn't replace them.
