Owen from Jackson pool was great!! He patiently answered our questions every time we called. Jackson pool as a company has been wonderful to us. Friendly, patient and great customer service. Highly recommend !!! Great job!!
The pool has been a thorn in my side this summer and the staff at Jackson Pools is always friendly and helpful . From water sample checks and recommendations for chemicals to keeping the records to compare for getting the water proper. ( in reality they've probably talked me down a few times from just wanting to drain the darn thing and having it filled in ! ) 😆 🤣 Thanks again
This was our first time using Jackson pools, having a pool for over 10 years. Very quick to reply to our email about service on our in ground pool cover. Came within one week of our initial request, already had the part and fixed it on the spot. Highly recommend them.
I had a great experience shopping at Jackson Pool. They offer a wide selection of pool products, chemicals, accessories, and equipment at reasonable prices. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I needed for my pool. The store was well-organized, and the checkout process was quick and easy. The quality of the products was excellent, and everything worked as expected. I would definitely recommend Jackson Pool to anyone looking for reliable pool supplies and great customer service.
