We have utilized Jackson Pools for a couple of years to clean and service our pool. In the past we had good service and knowledgeable technicians. In the last few months this has changed. New and techs totally lacking in knowledge. The person who came today spoke minimal English. He did not know that we had a copper silver ionizing system and had already put a large amount of chlorine and sulfuric acid in my pool. We called and had them come out to do leak detection for our pool and hot tub. The repair man was knowledgeable and also took the time to clean our filter system which looked a mess thanks to our current pool cleaners. We have changed pool cleaning companies based on this experience to Jackson Pools.
I called them because they were the original builders of the pool at the house we recently bought. When I called they set an appt for someone to look at the pool & give me an estimate. After waiting 2 hrs at the house that I'm not yet occupying I called the office and asked if there was a problem, they informed me Roberta had called in sick & they forgot to call me to reschedule. A person who said he was the owner came to our home to give an estimate for remodeling our pool and deck. He spent an hour here telling us about how the remodel would be done and about how great Jackson Pool Service is. He told us he would email us a detailed estimate of the proposed remodel. He never sent it to us, nor did he return our calls. While here, he noticed a possible leak and suggested his company could investigate further.
