Hard to rate them as they never showed up. Wasted 2 days of my life I will never get back. Day 1 9am appointment - confirmed via email. No one. 10:30am I called the office - assured tech was “on his way.” 1:45pm I receive a call from the tech; he had an emergency. Understood. No problem. Things happen. Follow-up text at 5pm confirms 9 am the next morning. Day 1; written off Day 2 - 9am rolls by, 10 am rolls by, 11:15 I text the tech I was to meet at 9am. No response. Frustration is growing.
