The physical therapy itself was excellent—great care and a welcoming atmosphere. Once my insurance went out of network, everything fell apart. The staff initially promised to submit claims to my PPO for reimbursement but stopped without telling me. Months later, after thousands out of pocket, I found out I had to submit them myself. The staff is very professional and very knowledge in understanding the pt.’s symptoms and setting up a PT plan for a positive outcome.. I’ve been to a few different PT groups with various surgeries over the past 20 years. No doubt in my mind that Jackson Physical Therapy has continually gone above and beyond to help myself and others have positive outcomes..

This place is the best. Two injuries (surgery for torn meniscus and ongoing tennis elbow), from which they've had me back in what's probably better shape than I had been previously. Absolutely professional, compassionate and a great resource for strengthening to prevent future injuries. The atmosphere is unbeatable, with a 'locals' vibe, fun banter and real dedication to people who love sport or appreciate being active.

Wonderful people and a great environment. Very professional. I had recent back surgery and Erin and Jennifer helped me on my way to recovery.
